Coordinating Planned Maintenance Across Occupied Sites
We agree access, visit sequencing and any planned shutdowns with you, then coordinate occupant communication and work controls with relevant site contacts. Before work, we assess site constraints and agree any temporary service arrangements and who owns recovery if interruption occurs. Service records can support an agreed portfolio view, with action owners and review arrangements.
